Cost: 20% commission on sales.

Wednesday 19th & Thursday 20th prior – set up tables and tarps.

Friday 21st. Set up by Vendors. Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd , we recommend you be there for 7 a.m. to get early sales.! Monday 24th sales, take down and clean up.
Nothing remaining is to be left behind by the vendors. PLEASE.

Chairs and tables to be provided by you the vendor. Tents/shade structures to be provided by you if possible.

Vendors must understand that all property for sale is at his/her sole risk and the Tweed & Area Arts Council will not assume any responsibility for the safety of exhibits against theft, robbery, fire, accidents or other mishaps.

Refreshments will be available.

Entry will be on a first-come-first-served basis, so please register promptly by completing and returning the attached form.
