The response to the scarecrow competition from the business sector was very satisfactory and we are pleased to announce that: First place was awarded to
the Gateway Community Health Centre; Second place - Your Secret Wine Cellar; Third place - a tie between the Tweed Smile Centre and Valu-Mart. Honourable mentions - Shirley Ivison of Columbine Cottage/Olde World Santas, Gaylord Forest Products, the Salvation Army, Tim Hortons and the PLP Class at CHSS. |
