From the Chair:-

First I want to thank those board members who retired following the AGM in September for their outstanding contribution to the T&AAC over the years. Second, I want to welcome the new members who, with those returning for the second year of their term, have already laid out detailed plans for events for 2010 you won't want to miss!

Renovation work is continuing on the Marble Church Arts Centre with electrical upgrades in the performance and studio spaces and interior repairs in the studio now underway. In the spring a wheelchair access ramp and path will be installed. Remember that we will not undertake any work unless necessary funds are in place.

We held the first of many board meetings in the arts centre in October and, even though work will be continuing, the studio is now available for rentals for meetings, workshops and other functions. Please contact Wayne Kay for rental information (613-478-3753). It will be an extremely busy year ahead but by the spring we will have scheduled an exciting program for the Marble Church Arts Centre and for other venues in the area. There'll be something for everyone so 'watch this space'!
