That By Law One, Section IV.8- Dissolution of the Corporation- be amended to read: “Upon dissolution of the Corporation for any reason, but after the payment of all its debts and liabilities, all remaining assets will be distributed to qualified donees described in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act.”
